In September of 1961, George opened one of the few cafés that existed that period in Poros. For many years it was the meeting-point of Poros citizens and tourists. In 1995, Kostas, his oldest son, took over the business and in 2001 turned it into a restaurant café.
Now, 2011, it has returned to what it once was; a café
